Yes! Think Summer Garden Party. For the ladies: tea or floor length dresses. We welcome bright colours and florals. For the gentlemen: dress shirts and suits. We welcome linen and light colours. Wear comfy shoes for wandering (and dancing!) and anything else that makes you feel fabulous and ready to party!

Yes! The ceremony will take place in the back garden of the venue and the reception will be on the terrace. Please be mindful that the back garden is a grassy lawn.

Vancouver in early July is usually mild and sunny, with warm days (highs of 24°C / 75°F) and cooler evenings (lows of 13°C / 55°F). We recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater for later in the evening. The venue has an indoors-only back-up plan if it rains that day.

We’re keeping our celebration intimate, so we aren’t able to accommodate plus-ones. But we promise — we’ll make sure you’re surrounded by love, laughter, and good company all night long. Please reach out to Tessa or Kevin directly if you have any questions.

In order to ensure all guests are properly seated before the ceremony begins at 4:15pm, we ask that you please arrive to the venue no later than 4:00pm. Guests who arrive later may be asked to wait inside the house until the ceremony has concluded.

Yes! Please make note of any food allergies or restrictions when submitting your RSVP and we will do our best to accommodate.

Guests may be dropped off directly at the main entrance at the start of the event; however, please note that the entrance driveway is not available for parking. After 10:00 PM, there is no access to the driveway leading to the front of the House. Parking is available in the lot located on Cecil Green Park House Road. Please refer to the photo above for available parking locations during construction. Hourly parking can be purchased at the on-site meter or through the HONK app (Zone 5606). If the Cecil Green Park House lot is full, we recommend using the nearby parkade: UBC Rose Garden Parkade 6278 NW Marine Drive HONK Zone: 5665
